1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
went out of town (like out of the country) with family that wasn't parents. and became an aunt.

2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i don't think i made any this year. they're always generally the same (lose weight, don't fuck up, pass class). so, generally, no.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
my sis.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
not yet... or, maybe. my cousin toni's in the process of dying from cancer.

5. What countries did you visit?
england, scotland.

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
a brain. hahah. kidding. i want to have a life and a love, both of which are seriously lacking. i'd like to have freedom.

7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
all my dates of memory are from 06. but i may say september 6th, as finding the boy of my heart. i may not.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
getting to england for three weeks. holding a job for (going on) 2 years [big big achievement].

9. What was your biggest failure?
failing to stay in school. failing to stay at UPS. failing to tell juan pablo what i think of him.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
just the usual colds and flus. my back's no longer pulled, though. i killed my shoulder though (laid on the grass in the cold, and lost mobility like that). plus my pride was injured when i got scammed.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
my laptop. *loves my baby*

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
can i say mine? i've kept my mouth shut for yet another year. that merits something. *boozes*

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
right now, i'm saying it's a toss up between my brother-in-law and my cousin D. though, it's mostly my brother-in-law. as of right now, he wants to leave my sister and the 7-month-old-Cheli because he doesn't want to be married anymore, and he likes selling drugs and he's spent the last 7 months without a job specifically for the cause of him being a lazy ass.

14. Where did most of your money go?
an unneccessary loan to pay back a 2000 dollar scam. a laptop and a new screen. gas for the van. food.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
england. and juan pablo.

ruby blue by roisin murphy. it's mostly me failing. at everything.

a) happier or sadder? the same? maybe sadder.
b) thinner or fatter? the same. i lost weight, but gained it back.
c) richer or poorer? ...poorer. i was making money then, and had less bills... and two paid up credit cards.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
something useful. more writing. more schoolwork.

less eating. less spending money on nothing.

home. my brother's headed to costa rica, so i'm gonna be very un-busy.

amy winehouse. i was totally against listening to her because i saw the beehive. but i'm addicted to "Rehab" right now.

a life away from here. i need to get away.

money. haha. safety. my sister's divorce from the ass she's married to.

i don't know. i didn't post about it, so i probably went to 'church' or something. did nothing at home.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
nobody getting sick and/or dying.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
my boss told me i needed to start dressing like i want a full time job at work. so i bought work clothes instead of jeans. and my daddy told me sunday that i looked beautiful, even without mascara, so i have no idea.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
i fucking hate politics. i hate the stupidity of candidates and the hypocrisy and the lying and the greed. i hate how everyone will suddenly start to like obama because of oprah. i hate the lack of actual movement due to bureaucracy and mendacity and hypocrisy.

my sister. my juanboy. miami til i saw him again. my kateser. faigler. my shipmates period.
