achievement of the weekend
Apr. 28th, 2008 04:19 pmon the one hand, i could call this weekend a win for the following reason: i drove. *nods* i drove and didn't buy gas because i drove out my brother's gas tank. woo. that's what he gets for going out of town and leaving me here. *sigh* but this is me not complaining. i had a car at my disposal this weekend. woo.
on the other hand... WE HAVE ACHIEVED WII. yes. so my brother bought a wii the other day on presale and had me pick it up sunday. YAY WII. because i love playing on a wii. *nods* so i'm gonna just say this: my arm aches like you wouldn't believe! i got my dad to play with me. so i beat him down in boxing. and golf. woo me! and he beat me terribly in bowling (*sadface*) and tennis (what. ever.). and we both suck at baseball. but i got somewhat better today. almost had a homerun. *nods* and i played... uh... mariokart, which made me nostalgic for nintendo 64. and it was cool. except for the teeny tiny wheel that my brother bought as an accessory.
i played on it before coming to work today. *loves video games* I'M TURNING INTO A NERD LIKE EVERYONE I WORK WITH. i have superhero wallpapers on my computer (got them going in rotation right now), and i play video games in my spare time and i'm like... the worst dresser for work ever. *nods* AND I'M PASTY. *craves the sun*
in other news, i'm seriously craving some white stripes music. can't find my old cds.
pee ess, yo. the other thing that made this weekend worthwhile??? it would totally be that my sekrit lovah Juanboy fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinally talked to me again. and we talked about EVERYTHING. from jobs and debt to heath ledger's tragic death and how utterly creepy the movie he was working on when he died sounds. *nods* Juanboy, if you love me, you'll write, right?
