+ i went to the gym and worked out last night.

- i had to get here to turn in my timesheet.

+ on my timesheet there are a number of hours that mean i shall get about the same size check as last time.

- i took off just enough hours to make me annoyed.

+ i woke myself up and cooked dinner.

- i woke up.

- i argued about having the car today.

- i told my grandmother "fuck webbie." i was told to go wash my mouth out.

- my eye is twitchy.

+ i got a letter from john.
