just realized that nix and shay went to italy and greece in 06. that the
last time we RPed was TWO THOUSAND SIX. that's three years ago, y'all.
which also means that nix and liam have been together for about 5 years. and
shay and nix have been together for 3. and sin and pacie have been together
for about... well... between 4 and 6 years. *handface*

i really need to finish the round table. if i do, i may be able to
get everything sorted and either get my boys to a happy place, or at least
figure out if i'm gonna write the rest of Phoenix Rising or whatever.
i'm just trying to finish off my WIP folder. soon.

but, man. there's nothing i'd like more than to get back to 2003 to 2006.
rework everything and actually get somewhere. i don't like all this growing
up we're doing, y'all.

haha, yeah -- I was just figuring out how old my rp characters were and it was just kind of like...o_O

Haha, this site (http://secayearbook.bravehost.com/webpage.html) I made up a couple years ago is the easiest way to tell, although I didn't include any of the Kunst Arts kids because I had no idea if their ages/dates still applied. It was just an exercise in image maps, anyway.

But, going off that:
Jade and Kris are 22, Amy is 23, Adia's 24, Salem and Matt are 25, and Nath is 26 because he got held back a year. That means: Leo and Luke are also 26 (but unpictured because the '04 graduates aren't on the site).

Approximate dates of dating-ness:
Salem and Leo have been dating since March 2003, six years as of next month. (A few months longer than Jessi and I, which makes sense...)

Nath and Jilly have been dating since May 2003, and engaged since June 2005 which means they're (a)married (b)broken up because they're both CRAZY or (c)still broke and engaged like Nath's author. But that's five years and a bit too ;)

Adia and Zach have been dating since May (all together now) 2003 as well and were not officially engaged but wearing rings which might as well have been engagement rings by the end of 2006. So 5 and a half years for them too, and I doubt they've broken up (unless it's because the LJ Haiku generator keeps insinuating that Zach's a serial killer...ask angel about that). And they're probably the most likely to actually be married because I doubt either of them would have cared about a big wedding. Adia could have shocked her family by buying a thrift store dress and getting married in the back yard.

Jade and Oliver dated from August 2003 to, I think Kate and I agreed they amicably broke up sometime in late 2005/2006. So "only" 3 years, ha ha. And now thanks to the inspiration of BJDs, he's got a sweetheart of a bf named Maddock, and I like writing about them but should, y'know, actually get any of it done.

And...I think that's it for my regular characters. Kris and Ally, the not-so-SECA boys, have been dating since Aug 2004, and are probably still gaying it up 4 and a half years later since they've been best friends and pretty much pining after each other since 8th grade. (Kris: *pines, wastes away*)

I really miss RPing with you guys. I don't like growing up either.

As a side note, WTF? How many people actually get engaged this young?? Half my characters have been dating for six years and should be married before the age of 25. o__O

hahahah. during the course of writing the round table, sin and pacie got engaged, but it wasn't in current timeline, if that makes sense? it was partly flashbacks, partly current, partly futurefic. which means to say... why have all my characters refused to commit themselves outside of dating??


that also being said, i just had nix break up with liam, sorta? because a love triangle between them and shaylee was not cool. but apparently has lasted 3 years.

one day, i will create a time machine. and, knowing what we do, we shall all go back to high school and fix it and basically have a blast. and RP more.

haha. for what it's worth, a girl i graduated with got married this past summer, at 21. anthony and i have been dating for going on three years now and will probably get married sometime in the year or so after i graduate. i have lots of friends who are juniors, seniors, or graduated last year who are engaged. it's sort of freakish, really.

but honestly? part of me would love to be 15 or 16 again, and go back and do it all over again.

Haha, well, and I'm one to talk considering that Jess and I have been dating for 5 1/2 years, engaged for 2 and a half, and the only reason we aren't married already is because of money! And I'm 22 and she's turning 25 in april. But I feel like it can't be as normal as our characters make it seem XD

Me tooo. I feel like we should make a SECA-alums community. Even if it just lasted a few weeks, the "What are you doing now with your life?" AIM parties would be fun and maybe inspire a few people to get back in touch with people they haven't talked to in a while.
