in other news, i have yet to have a good tuesday this year. thursdays aren't bad, per se. but i generally get to have lunch with lacey, or even better, skive off of work. tuesdays always mean oversleeping, a lack of parking and feeling like absolute crap.
case in point, today. last night, i got my hair to look nice for once and was able to do what i've never been able to do--flat wrap it so it would stay straighty straight. by 3 this morning, it fell. i set my alarm for 7 at the latest, and didn't hear it, so it was 7:20 by the time i actually woke up. rushed through my morning only to have to start my dad's car, turn my car around and out of his spot in my pajamas in the cold and then scrape the frost off my windows. i accidentally pressed my hazards, and they wouldn't shut off. my window nearly got stuck while trying to get some money from the atm (which it wouldn't give me, so i would've been frozen based simply on the fact that the window had gotten stuck while open). made it downtown to freeze while walking between the spot i parked in, the nearest atm, mcdonalds and work. i'm cold. i have a cold. i don't think i slept well last night. i have a test in french in two hours and i have to re-read the whole section of textbook because i don't remember it.
fucking tuesday.
i think i need some more sleep. i don't even get tomorrow off for real. i have no class, but i gotta cart around the granny.
speaking of class, i feel vindicated. i got a 91 on a paper that was written in the three hours before class, on the fly, after not having written a paper in about 4 years. WIN. my fluffing just needed a bit more direction. yay. i call that well done. even if two people i know were put up as best examples in class. pfft. whatev. besides, i know peter's actually really really into this class, even if we sit in the back going "ugh, whitman? really? ugh." the whole time. :)
alright, facebook, twitter, then study for french.
