Work's a tad slow right now. I got my first paycheck today. BooYah! *giggles* I hope that's how you spell it. Anyway. 256.12, or so. *checks* 255.12. Heh. I only worked 35 hours over two weeks. I'd say that's good. Me, and the Webbie. Shopping. Yes. Shoes. Jewlry. Movies. Whatever. Wanna shop. Wanna spend. Shall put away more money next paycheck. Will only put away the 55. Hee.
Technically, I got 300 or so dollars. But they were all snarky and took out money for taxes and retirement... everything that would be nice if I was here more than... two months.
Did you know I'll technically only work 50 days this summer? I have to take off for testing and for Orientation. BTW, Lacey? Guess what? You could have turned in your Portfolio from Senior year, and then you would have prolly gotten out of English 101 and 102. I am. *laughs evilly* Anyway. Also, Lacey, I'm trying to schedule all my classes for the afternoon, like after 11. When're yours? Are you sure??? Cause, if I have classes with you, near you, in your general vicinity, same but after you, I want to know. Share notes or study buddies or something. So I have someone I know and love and cherish to haunt... I mean torture... I mean graduate with.
And... did you see Cris Reed or Aern Jones at your orientation? Anyone from Seneca? I'd die if they were there with me. Either that or hug them.
I got my pics back from Graduation. Heh. Devon took pictures. Typical Webbie: finger in frame, or too much glare. 18 of 24 turned out. Guess who doesn't have a pic of me walking to receive my diploma (holder, which is still missing a diploma. But I'm not one to snipe.)? You betcha. ME. I have a pic of Apocia. A pic of Ty Jones and Mark Saunders. But me? No. Wait... I have a pic outside of me and Kateser, and me and Aern Jonesie. Hee. But that's it. Nothing else special.

AHH! i knew about the portfolio thing, but then i forgot about it because i thought i wasnt going to have to take english because of the bellarmine credit. i got credit for 101 but not 102 because the bellarmine credit was for a semester of writing and a semester of literature and you just need 2 semesters of writing for UofL. and they said since i'm in honors i should just take 105 instead (which gives you credit for 101 and 102). so really i didnt get anything from the bellarmine credit. so i just went ahead and signed up for 105 and didnt think about the portfolio thing. that sucks.

so what classes do you want to take? you havent gone to orientation yet, right?

not yet. but i did work it out on my own, checked enrollment so far...
I'm trying for the general orientation 101, astronomy, global environment and... uh... something else. I tested out of my general math, psychology, and french. plus i have three hours of french from last fall and another test on the way. so technically, i have 15 hours under my belt. maybe i'm trying for french or a humanities. like... global music. or english something, depending on how my portfolio does.

yes you can. you can get a copy of your one you turned in. get a paper signed by an english teacher... or Ms. Feltham when she gets back this july. then, turn it in with a 30 buck fee. there's like... this week of add/drop at the beginning of the year. you can't lose.

whoa you definitely added more to that after i read it.

my classes are in the chemistry building, life science building, humanities building, threlkeld hall, davidson hall, natural sciences building, and the school of music.

the only seneca people i saw were nicole, sarah horton, and cody. karen went to the orientation before me and she said there were a lot of people there.

i dont have a picture of me getting my diploma either. i have a picture of mr.locke with a lot of space to the right of him and part of me on the left side of the picture because i let my sister take pictures and she cant center them for some reason.
